THE BRIEF
Rework the existing beachfront home to better accommodate guests and entertaining, while embracing the outlook year-round.
THE RESULT
The layout is reconfigured to strengthen the connection to the ocean, with flexible living and guest spaces that support both everyday living and larger gatherings. Openings and materials are carefully considered to capture light, views, and coastal conditions throughout the seasons.
